What programs do you use?

Procreate, Procreate Dreams, and Clip Studio occasionally.

What's your equipment?

I use an iPad Air (4th Gen) with an apple pencil. Except for when I use Clip Studio, in which I use my desktop with mouse and keyboard.

How many FPS do you animate in?

I change it everytime, but it has always been 3 to 16fps (Depends what I'm doing).
